“Do you offer respite care?”

We provide questionsrespite care for guests who require a short-term stay with constant, 24-hour supervision. Our full respite care services are provided based on availability of space. Our team of professionals will ensure that your loved one will be well taken care of whether you need to be away for a single day, a weekend or an entire month. They receive the same excellent care as our full-time residents.

Insignia of Towne Lake prides itself on giving respite care services to families and primary caregivers so that they can continue to provide care in the home; this means that the occasional relief supports family stability and wellbeing. “Do you offer Adult Daycare?”

Do you know someone who is not yet prepared to leave their current residence but still requires daily attention? Our day services are a great option for those who cannot be left at home unattended. We offer supervision, care, assistance and social opportunities for all guests. It is recommended that the guest does not stay longer than 8 hours. We provide all guests with one meal as well as a tasty snack. Additional meals, medical appointment arrangements and visits to the beauty salon or barber shop are available upon request as separately charged expenses. “What is your visitor policy?”

Insignia of Towne Lake always encourages visitors at any time! For security, all visitors are required to sign in and out.

“What is your pet policy?”

We understand that companionship comes in all shapes and sizes. This is why we accept birds, cats and small dogs that do not exceed 20 lbs. We review each pet on an individual basis to welcome it into our community.
